Eric Alexander Smith (b. 1986, Virginia Beach) is a creative living in Norfolk, Virginia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Old Dominion University in 2022. Eric specializes in painting, and his work explores ideas of individuality and humanity. As a biracial Filipino-American, he is intimately acquainted with existing “in-between,” and he often channels that grey ambivalence into his projects. In his creative pursuits, Eric likes to remain curious and open-minded, focusing on process, growth, and discovery.
